No, they absolutely cherry pick and do so in the worst possible way. The bible explicitly states to love God and your neighbor is the most important of its commandments and they breeze right on past that every single day as they make it the mission of their ministry to spread hatred and spite, not love. I think Kim Davis' behavior and stance is beyond deplorable, but I won't give this church any support in any way just because they decided to go after her in another one of their stone throwing attention seeking moves.
