i came out to my friend january 1, 2015 she txted me happy new years and i was like LMAO GUESS WHAAT I'M GAY ..it was low-key a mess, but it's really been a great year from me because now i'm out to my family, majority of my friends, etc. and the fact that it all started on new years this year just makes it really symbolic to me idk anyway her response was basically like OMG YASSS SLAY bc that's the type of personality she has...we aren't even that close which is why it's pretty weird i decided to come out to her first, but

I came out in 2011. I knew it had to be done because the gay anthem Born This Way had just come out and I couldn't hide my gayness any longer. So I messaged my closest friends on Facebook and at first I told them I was bi (Jessie J teas) but they all knew I was a lying hoe. Anyways they all took it really well and said they loved me no matter what then I made a post on my Facebook page for everyone to see and it got so many likes. I was so glad I did it and it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders.

Of course not everyone was ok with it. One girl wrote that I was an abomination on my profile pic and that she was unfriending me, but then one of my really masc straight friends dragged her by her burnt edges and everyone else backed him up. They snatched her BALD. I haven't heard from her since.

the best part is my friend just told me that she was asking as a joke omfg
