What did you come out of?

I came out in the weirdest way possible: as soon as i started dating this guy at the time, i accepted his relationship request on facebook and made it public and that's legit how everybody found out lol. It was legit the only thing people talked about for like the whole month freshman year lol.

Way to go.

I never really came out tbh, everyone just knew. I'm masculine, but super nice and sweet. Then when I started dating my boyfriend it was obvious.

Congrats! I came out because I was hanging out with my friend Carlos everyday. And my mom asked so is he your bf? I was so shocked.. I just admitted she said I didn't have to lie to her.

when i look back at it, your right lol. i lost sO MANY friends though tbh but i gained alot more people that were proud of my courage and all that. but i'm so glad it worked out with your bff! you deserve all the love & positivity for being proud of who you are and coming out

i told my mom i needed to talk to her about something but made her guess what it was cuz i was too embarrassed to say it and eventually she said 'are u gay' and i was like 'yeah lmao' then i posted a status on facebook(cringe)

So..how did your best friend react or something? why is Tinashe in the conversation? does your best friend follow your twitter too? do other people you know follow your twitter and it shocked them too? you and Tinashe know each other or something? how active is her mom on your Twitter? what?

Same thing happened to this one guy I went to high school with. Literally every private school in Johannesburg was just talking about it. The most butch rugby player ever and this random queen. brave as *****. So well done you.

I came out to my best friend by hooking up with him (long story) and started this really complicated closeted love affair that obviously didn't end well otherwise I wouldn't hate love songs as much as I do. I will write a book about it when he dies.

OT: I came out to my parents by telling them I got a girl pregnant but then after five minutes I said "just kidding I'm gay" and my mom cried because she was so overwhelmed by the train of emotions I had just thrown her on.
