If you're a big fan of shooters and racing games, there's probably an argument to be made for the XBOne, but aside from that I can't find many reasons to go for Microsoft.
Wii U is probably getting replaced by the NX at some point in the near future so I'm not sure it's worth shelling out any coins for that. I have it though, mostly because I grew up on Nintendo games and they're always worth it for me.

Pretty much this.
The NX is phasing the Wii U out
PS4 is more well balanced as far as exclusives go and is the go to for RPGs
XB Is good for shooters,racers and some action titles.
Nintendo is great for the standard Nintendo IPs and some original titles.
It really comes down to what you're looking for in your console of choice.
