According to Billboard, during the trial Jay Z began to list all the business ventures he is involved in, but failed to remember Tidal, which has performed relatively poorly since its launch earlier this year.
Jay Z is quoted as saying: "I make music, I'm a rapper, I’ve got a clothing line, I run a label, a media label called Roc Nation, with a sports agency, music publishing and management. Restaurants and nightclubs ... I think that about covers it."
When his attorney reminded him of Tidal's existence, he responded: "Yeah, yeah. Forgot about that".
How could he forget about such a revolutionary movement a.k.a. the beginning in a new world a.k.a. the egoless collaboration a.k.a. the historical TIDAL?
