Orphan: 8.5/10
The whole cast delivered excellent acting. The character development was good. It's pretty tense. I liked the fact that it's more of a psychological drama than horror itself. The movie has its gory moments too to please the fans. I find the tagline in the posters very funny, they say "There's something wrong with Esther" and "You'll never guess her secret" because it NEVER crossed my mind what was really going on with little Esther haha.

The Little Mermaid (A+). LMAO

Sunshine Cleaning (2009): 7/10
There are some great scenes in it and the acting was really natural and believable. However, I felt that the movie was too short and it ended so abruptly that when the credits rolled I thought it was just a joke. It needed more character conflict in the story but overall it's a film worth seeing.

The Soloist - Good movie. Jamie really mastered his role, and Downey did a good job too. Some powerful moments that could be Oscar worthy, but overall I don't think this will take any Oscars home. 8/10

District 9 - Not sure if the hype killed it, or the poorly done Alien CGI that took me out of the movie, but I wasn't impressed. 6/10

Watchmen (A)

Completely loved this movie. The little plot twists and info you learn as you go along really help get you into the movie.

Watched Zack and Miri Make a ****o and Role Models last night. Loved both, they're my type of comedies. Plus I think Paul Rudd and Seth Rogen are fantastic.

Fighting (2009) 4/10: This proves that Channing Tatum is a mediocre actor. His character has no charisma and I just couldn't have any sympathy for him at all. The story is below-average but I blame it on the writer.
