Discovering music through covers?
Does it annoy you?
A lot of my friends are HUGE fans of The Voice, and when they tell me they discovered some hot new track or worse, some modern-day classic on a TV show
Or through a YouTube cover

Not every person invests much of their time in music that they can be knowledgeable about such stuffs.
As long as they can appreciate a great song, the source doesn't matter.

Yeah but often they'll totally pay dust to the original artist who wrote the song. It's kind of disrespectful.
