Why are we dragging the quality of Aaliyah's music when most of your faves' don't have a song better than "Are You That Somebody?"

I get the comparison. Both incredibly talented. Both overrated critically. Both less successful than they deserve to be.

Aaliyah being an inspiration for Rih doesn't mean anything, like Rih could call someone literally unknown an influence and that wouldn't make him/her/them any better.
