Because the number of white women’s shows airing the sketch and the number of black actors featured in the sketch determines whether or not it’s racist

. . . Sweetie, do better.
Look, I’ve already explained why many view the sketch as racist in that last post. So, I’ll just cut and paste.

Those who see it as racist do so because they are knowledgeable about history. They know about the Hottentot Venus and the history of racist caricatures perpetuated by whites against blacks. So, when a white woman, however well intentioned, reduces Nicki Minaj (who is a black woman) to her ass for laughs, it's going to conjure up that history and that imagery. Has Ellen ever done a sketch like that of Kim K? If not, why? Yes, Nicki markets her cartoonish implants for effect, specifically her ass, but there's a difference between Nicki doing something like that to herself vs having it done to her by Miss Anne (Ellen).

What's next, Ellen paid and forced three black people to be "racist"?

I'd like to think that what's next is you making a point that actually has merit, but I won't hold my breath.
Ellen paying the actors or not forcing them to take the job is irrelevant. There's a reason why critics are coming for Ellen and not the actors. For starters, I doubt those actors even wrote the sketch, and even if one of them did, it wouldn't have seen the light of day without Ellen's approval. Secondly, anyone can pay an actor to do a job, and plenty of people willingly degrade themselves for money. However, not everyone has the power to get content aired on national television to umpteen million viewers in a single broadcast. In fact, the only reason why we’re even talking about that sketch is because it was aired on Ellen’s show. Those actors have no power compared to Ellen. Ellen's name is on the marquee. She approves of the content. So, the buck stops with her.
