Astronauts went to Jupiter and sucked out half of the red using a large vacuum cleaner like technology so the red spot turned orange but consequently got a bit smaller.

The astronauts then went to Saturn and put the content they sucked out of the red spot into Saturn's rings because they're fading hence need more waste.
