I don't have to be to work on time, so it varies. Today was 7 a.m., but I did nothing for a good 20min.

Currently:
Tuesday and Thursday - wake up at 9.30 and get up at 11.00
Wednesday and Friday - wake up at 7 and get up 7.30
Saturday - wake up at 8 and get up at 8.30
Sunday and Monday - dunno coz those are my days off.

wake up at 6 am, go for a walk with the dogs first and then leave the house at 7 am
start work at 7.30 am

Nnn whenever I can be bothered to get out of bed, I can wake up, say around 6am and I'd just stay in bed just relaxing for a good hour or two.
I work nights so I tend to sleep in, but on weekdays I'll probably start my day anywhere between 8am -1pm.
