I agree pace is a little breakneck.

Worn out judges is not what any of these people want when making life/career transitions.

For real. They don't give the viewers a chance to miss the show, they flood everyone with it and then wonder why ratings decrease over time, because no one is giving a break to actually miss the show and want to watch it.
