Seven Nation Army by far, that riff alone is easily one of the most recognisable sounds of the 21st century.

I've heard it chanted as oh-oh-oh, but I don't think it's the most iconic guitar riff of all time. That would go to that guitar riff beginners start with.

I like this thread, it's innovative. And you can see who's lying to themselves. One is played frequently at multiple sporting events around the world. I heard once that it's played when certain players/teams score goals, but I'm not sure about that.

There shouldn't be a person alive that hasn't heard that riff.

Idk about most iconic (smoke on the water anyone?) but it's definitely iconic and a lot more than Crazy.

The guitar riff is definitely iconic and phenomenal but I could play it for people and they wouldn't be able to tell me the song. Maybe the artists, but not the title of the song. On the other hand, everyone knows CIL.
