That's very strange that her life is paralleling her character's at the moment, but I'm really glad that she's seeking treatment and help. I can only wish that her character does the same on the show, it's so sad to watch.

I really hope she gets better. I have severe PTSD from my two tours in Afghanistan so I know how it feels to have it and how dangerous one can get if you don't seek treatment immediately. Her case is more severe though. My mom had a friend who got PTSD from having birth and she wanted to drown her daughter a few weeks after. They ended up taking her away from her so it's great that she's seeking treatment right away.
