Taylor saw it, and sites like Buzzfeed posted about it. And now Taylor invited her to the M&G and did this, but may i state the obvious, she didn't actually hit her with the golf club, she just softly touched her with it as a joke!

This is a fan that Taylor's known for about a year now. Stalked her on Instagram and invited her to the RI Secret Session. That's where I met her, she's cool...she just has a crazy sense of humor haha.

It's crazy how people have twisted this story on other outlets though. People really think Taylor hit her in the face with it...

EDIT: Taylor also knew she was coming and waited for her with the golf club. A lot of stories are saying that Taylor had it randomly and the fan asked her to hit her with it. Not true.
