I would do a slight facial plastic surgery. Make the nose smaller, remove a bit of cheek fat for nice cheekbones, have botox injections to smooth out the laugh lines

Maybe a nose job, I would like to get cheek implants but they said the results are not that good so I will probably get just a fat or a filler injection which i don't consider plastic sugery.

Yes. I aspire to be the best I can be. Everyone should get cosmetic surgery at least twice.

Yes It actually is, but It depends on the case. I think they put some kind of filler there but it only last a year.

Yes, I'm having my nose job very soon. It's both for functional (septum) and for aesthetic reasons. I trust the surgeon because he's famous here in Milan and because he's done nose jobs to a few people I know, and they're all flawless.
