Why would it hurt her feelings? If she's mature enough to buy a house, decide she wants to get work done on her body then she should be VERY well aware of the fact that internet is not a cute little positive place especially when she is related to Kim Kardashian.

If she feels the need to flaunt her her big pouty lips and her new thick booty by sharing it to the entire world then we have the right to make opinions. Unfortunately, looking at how she is right now, not all of them are going to be positive, but it is what it is.

I don't think it's at all appropriate to conflate plastic surgery and the two personality disorders you mentioned. Being histrionic or narcissistic in nature is far different from having the respective disorders, which only have a prevalence of about two percent.

Tell me. How does the fact that you have the capacity to form an opinion justify expressing that opinion openly when it is expressly derisive of another person? Who are you to judge what anyone does with their face and their body? It's not yours. You don't even have to look at it if you don't know them (and trust me, it's not that hard to stay away from Kardashian/Jenner news).

I honestly don't blame those in the spotlight for getting work done. Kylie looks a million times better than she did before. She was always called the "ugly" one and that has to hurt when you have the whole world looking at you. You can't blame her for whatever work she's gotten done. If you have the money to do it, why not. Why not do things to feel good about yourself. People go to the gym to make their bodies look better, so those who can afford it should be able to do the same to their other features they are insecure about.

People just do too much, imo. I'm really not bothered by what other so their body, face, etc.

Some people do actually have disorder that makes them take plastic surgeries as the answer to their problems, I said this because my uncle is a Plastic surgeon and he always deals with people who have this disorders. But you're right, I should have not brought up that.

Some people definitely do, but I just don't think it's that majority.

I certainly don't go out of my way to shame anyone, but I seethe in my head. Everytime someone improves their looks by surgery, I get uglier. Just like if someone prints a load of money, everyone else gets poorer.
