Lady Gaga performs Columbus Citizens Foundation Gala
Lady Gaga performed at the Columbus Citizens Foundation Gala on Saturday night. Mother Monster took the stage at New York's Waldorf Astoria to play several songs, including "La Vie En Rose" and "O Sole Mio" with Tony Bennett, at the event which celebrated the strong bonds between Italy and the United States and raised over $3 million for scholarships.
"I loved singing for the Columbus Citizens Foundation last night," Gaga wrote on her Instagram page. "Poured into some of Dinah Washington's favorites and commemorated decades of Italian immigrants supporting one another. Thank you for loving me and my family all these years, Ti Amo!"
I love how she doesn't brag about these things.
Just as long as those scholarships go to people with brains and not to people who only do well at sports in high school
