I'm surprised the tour is gonna be at The Scope considering the last time a major mainstream act performed there was B.E.P. when 'Monkey Business' was out. I usually go to Philly or D.C. for concerts, but I may actually stay in Norfolk this time to see Kanye & GaGa @ The Scope
