Why is it ok to talk about straight relationships, but once you speculate about whether or not somebody is gay, bisexual, etc., it's offensive?
It's the norm to talk about straight relationships, especially when someone posts pics with and talk about their bf or gf, hence opening up the discussion to the public. But talking about the possibility of whether or not someone has been in a relationship with the same sex is off limits, even when that person (Miley, Demi, Gavin Rossdale, etc.) has been open about their same sex relations. That doesn't feel like equality to me.
Why is it ok to speculate/talk about straight relationships, but not speculate about gay ones? On a celebrity discussion forum no less? We're just supposed to assume everybody is straight?
