Why do people claim this? You do realise ITV aren't going to have judges on the show that aren't popular with viewers? No matter how much Simon likes them.
ITV is like any other tv station, they research and test their shows with audiences, Cheryl will be proving popular, hence why she is asked back again and again.
You just look stupid claiming otherwise, and BlazingLovatic has the stats below to prove she is highly popular.
