Former Pussycat Doll Jessica Sutta released her new single Feline Resurrection today and have been criticized for some people for, supposedly, throwing shade at PCD.
The singer posted a reply to those coments on her facebook page.
"As an independent artist, this is the most difficult business in the world to succeed in and I do what I do purely because I love it. I love the opportunity to connect with people and perhaps inspire a few along the way. That is what this is all about for me. I have always refused to sell my soul and rest assured, I never will.
My stomach turned when they premiered my video, that we all put our blood, sweat and tears into, with a title that perhaps misrepresented my intended message. I mean, the video speaks for itself and it obviously pays ode to my journey but it's way deeper than a sensational headline. I will always recognize and appreciate every single part of my past. This video is not about bitterness or revenge but about growth and getting to a place where, as a woman....as a human being you find the inner strength to stand on your own two feet and take on the world.
If you're gonna share it please share it for that reason!"
Was that supposed to be Robin Antin in the beginning?
Jess says it represents a time of hardship she had to overcome. The woman represents all of the bad memories and suffering. Be it her old self who didn't love herself and other people too.
