No, the vast majority of commercials are 15, 30, or 60 seconds.

The 3-10 minute ones are usually infomercials and aired in between 2-4 am when there's not much else to air.

Commercial breaks during TV shows, sports games, news reports, you name it are always around 3 minutes (in fact, in baseball it's exactly 2:30).
