Captain Marvel would've gone against a DC (I believe Batman) film. And Ant-Man 2 is looking at $500M-$700M total. And Black Widow and Hulk aren't getting films. This has been confirmed already. No need.

Scarlett is getting Ghost in the Shell so I'm not bothered by the lack of Black Widow movie.

That was Hank Pym. Scott Lang as far as I know wasn't/isn't a domestic abuser.

I mean they could go into Pym's backstory in more detail that incorporates his abuse of Janet but you and I both know Marvel/Disney ain't ever touching that can of warms in the MCU.
