What do you guys do when you're thirsty but you have to study?

So like most of the time

I go for a glass of water

Go drink a glass of water?

I keep a bottle next to me on the study table

Usually I have a bottle of water, or coffee. Eating before studying helps too.

I quench my thirst first

Then I can concentrate on studying.
