Is being weird makes you artistic?

- I find a lot of indie artists weird but they always have critical acclaim
- Lady Gaga had some weird fashion styles and image and yet she's the most artistic mainstream artist
- Miley Cyrus released her album and the Dooo it video and suddenly she's experimental

I mean if you're too stupid to understand the meaning of the art then I guess you'd call it "weird" yeah.
