Can someone please tell me why Lil Wayne has been at the top of this list since his album dropped back whenever it did. I mean MTV is playing games. I know its time for him to be out of the Top 60 by now. This list has been changed a million an one times yet he hasn't moved. Even when MJ died he was still No.1 for a while then he went to No.2 and back to No.1

He recently had a documentary on MTV I think so that might be why. I remember he was #1 back when "Lollipop" came out so if he hasn't moved since then something is wrong.
