If she took this long on the album (longer than Rated R or any other album) I'm sure it'll be good. Higher is great, I like James Joint, I like 45S, AO has grown on me and I think it fits with the theme of the album, Love On The Brain sounds promising also. A Night is a nice interlude, and I like BBHMM. It's sonically the most mature, and aggressive that she's done thus far IMO. if the rest of the album is anything like we've gotten already it'll be her best by far.
I mean tbh a lot of people simply don't like Rih or her fanbase. Anything can be spun negative so that's what they do. It doesn't bother me anymore tbh I just don't read it. She has enough people in her corner and a great career, she will be fine.
People keep saying that the cover "is Kanye" but in fact he had nothing to do with it...
Ty Ty (from Roc Nation) is the one that introduced her to Roy Nachum, Kanye never worked with him (Roy) and the Anti cover doesn't look like like any of Kanye's cover (the only link is that it's "artistic", but still completely different from what Kanye has ever done)
Ugh why does she insist on doing everything in a bubble! Like bitch give us the release date and the track listing! She needs to capitalize on the hype and keep it going. She needs to actually talk about the sound and direction of the album. If we had the tracklist we would be in that album thread talking about how each song is gonna sound. We'ld have a million fake lyrics/inside info swirling the internet and this all keeps the momentum going and builds hype for the album! LIke imagine if she did a live tweet with fans in which she answered questions about the album leading up to the reveal. I wouldn't be against this 'little by litte' strategy is she actually gave us tidbits about the album/revealed something each day leading up to the album release. I'm not here for her crawling back into her little whole and staying mum
I really can't believe we didn't get an itunes pre-order last night. I'm trying to have faith in them, that this happened for a reason, but it's so ridiculous. She got a lot of attention last night and deadass let it dwindle away (AGAIN!)
