Pretty sure I haven't seen his work on any other album covers before. Is Rihanna supposed to create her own album artwork now, too?! We had that for Born This Way & you guys didn't seem to like that, huh
She loved his work and his aesthetic and commissioned him to create it.
Why is this so hard for people to understand. She's not going to ask an artist to paint her something and it end up not looking like the rest of his work. RIHANNA DIDN'T PAINT ANYTHING. SHE DIDN'T SCULPT ANYTHING. The artist did. She can't force him to do something that would go against his artistic integrity.
Google his name and look at ALL of his work. Why would this be any different. Get some f*cking common sense.
I don't mind it, since like nobody actually does the covers for their albums, it's always someone else's work. But the braille not being Rihanna's idea is disappointing, I was convinced it was something she came up with.
And she passes that as her idea?
