I wasn't feeling the episode at first, but I actually loved it. Hopefully the rest of the season isn't as all over the place. Gaga did so much better than I expected and wow Matt Bomer is sexy.
So questions I have after this premiere:
- Is Sally dead?
- Is Gaga the Devil?
- Iris made a deal with Gaga to stay at the hotel if it means bringing him back to life?
- Where is Max Greenfield?
- Why didn't Holden run back to his father?
- Who is the Ten Commandments Killer?
- Where is R8?
I think absolutely everything about it was fantastic.
There definitely isn't a lack of plot, so I don't know what people are talking about. It's just the first episode. Things are set up well.
Sarah deserves an Emmy already.
And, as I already said with Gaga's acting, I think it's kind of rough, but she was good at some parts. I definitely think it's because she's new, not because she's a bad actress. It ranged from a 4.5 to an 8. I love her character, as well.
Easily the best premiere, but I guess I should wait for my excitement to die down before I confirm that.
