What do you guys do in a situation where someone says they
Love you but you don't love them back?

This guy I'm talking to we've only known each other for about a week and he's already telling me he loves me. What do I say when I don't love him back?

You tell him the truth honey. No need to lie to him and give him false hopes but do tell it gently.
