I'm pretty sure he's a citizen now, you can't revoke citizenship and Canada is a country made of immigrants still... More than 50% of Toronto are visible minorities.

Still, its always the conservatives who hire bigot people...

Actually he can lose his citizenship, according to his own parties (or previous party I should say) controversy bill that makes it easier to revoke citizenship. Basically any naturalized citizen could lose it now.
