Malta has come out on top with 89% and their Prime Minister tweeted the news while the current government also took a dig at the old government for not passing the laws the made the country jump

Interesting note is that this is the first time I've seen a country without gay marriage reach the peak (Malta has civil unions with full adoption rights and recognizes overseas marriages; I believe a referendum is required like in Ireland).
Silver went to UK with 85.5% and Bronze was Belgium with 82.30%.
Bottom 3 on the list are Turkey with 8.90%, Russia with 8.35% and last of all Azerbaijan with 5%.
Keep in mind, ILGA (nternational Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association) makes these charts based on LAWS and not polls on how happy gays are in their country for example.
