In the latest "Rainbow Index", Malta has come out on top with 89% and their Prime Minister tweeted the news while the current government also took a dig at the old government for not passing the laws the made the country jump Interesting note is that this is the first time I've seen a country without gay marriage reach the peak (Malta has civil unions with full adoption rights and recognizes overseas marriages; I believe a referendum is required like in Ireland).



Silver went to UK with 85.5% and Bronze was Belgium with 82.30%.
Bottom 3 on the list are Turkey with 8.90%, Russia with 8.35% and last of all Azerbaijan with 5%.

What holds you up are anti-discrimination laws in all areas, some countries only have them in employment. Also you have a six-month blood donation deferral while some places have a lifetime ban, you're getting there
