I think things are getting to the point where the public is forcing companies to be law enforcement in a way to punish employees for unacceptable speech, and I don't know if that's really a good thing.

I know you try the hardest, but think this through: do you think a prospective client or current client would want to be represented by this guy?
Maybe if the client is Fox News, they would want a guy who encourages racism and plays victim when caught and apprehended, but most companies would stay clear from this guy, especially if they are looking for marketing/PR work.
