This hasn't been proven so neither side is right officially. However I want to say a majority (slight) of the scientific community says the egg. I personally say the chicken. For a few reasons that in sure no one is gonna read anyway so I won't state the exact reasons for my logic
Depends how you define the egg - is a Chicken egg an egg that has been laid by a chicken or an egg that contains a chicken.
If a chicken egg has been laid by a chicken the chicken came first, if it contains a chicken the egg came first. If it's "both" the chicken came first after hatching from the egg of another animal.
Google will tell you the correct answer is the chicken. It makes sense, because chicken eggs can only be produced by chickens. Idk why people are mentioning dinosaur eggs.

Depends on what kind of egg. If it's a not-so-chicken's egg, then that came before the chicken. But if it's a chicken's egg, then the chicken came first.
