did you see the link? WUIV sold more than TOY not only in 2009 but during Aug 2013 - Jan 2015 too (more than 4x as many copies)
it is clearly more remembered than TOY even though Katy hasn't sung it in 4 years
TOY is just a brazilian hit
but i think that hot n cold is more liked by the gp. But both are remembered.
