What are your Top 10 favorite video games franchise's? Mine are all over the place
1. Ape Escape
(Never known a franchise to deliver some of the most incredible games, and some of the worst I've ever played

Luckily, the good outways the bad).
2. The Sims
(I know, I know)
3. Borderlands
(I love this whole Universe, and it made FPS exciting again, after a lot of FPS's on PS3/360 era were so boring. Maybe except BioShock, but that felt like a non-event as well).
4. Ratchet & Clank
(I love this game, as it's a perfect example of an awesome 3rd Person adventure game)
5. Super Mario Bros. (not the whole Mario franchise).
(I love the 2D Mario games, the 3D Mario games aren't my cup of tea. Super Mario 64 was decent, Sunshine was only okay, and Galaxy 1 & 2 were just different ideas from other franchises "Mariofied" and it just didn't grab me. I'd seen this gameplay in PacMan and Ratchet and Clank in 2002. Great game, but its overhype ruined it. Plus its sales show it wasn't as revolutionary as reviewers made out, and the second game underpeformed. I'm glad Nintendo seem to be making 2D games for Mario the main focus again). The 2D games are incredible though and they never won't be. Even the original still feels current.
6. Sly Cooper
(Brilliant series, never been a dull moment. Still unique to this day)
7. Metroid Prime Trilogy
(Amazing Trilogy, had so much fun. Shame Nintendo basically ruined the great streak with "Other M")
8. Jak and Daxter
(I seem to love Space games, and this is no exception)
9. Alice
(Despite it being only two games, I loved the original and Madness Returns was great!)
10. Gran Turismo
(Driving Heaven)
There are heaps more that I like, but these are the ones I think of as my faves. I'm probably easily missing some
