Usher apparently is the rudest guy ever. i remember on z100 years ago they actually cut his interview short bc people were texting in that the rudeness was cringeworthy.

It's not great but its not awful. That being said that's no reason to call him out like that, if that was his intention. Usher's peak or not, he's done far more for music than Bieber ever has in his short 5 years so it would be wise to not start barking around like that. Usher didn't do so after his first number one hit in Nice & Slow, nor did he he do it after his 3rd or 5th or 9th.

Respecting others gets you benefits. That's why he got so many successful collaborations. Just throwing around money is the best way to lose it in the end and that's where Bieber will end up if he doesn't respect others and makes good friends in the industry instead of consistently pissing them off.
