First of all, BOW! This is one of my favorite songs of all-time from my absolute favorite album of all time. Excellent taste, Britney. She sounded pretty good too but the clip was a live recording so it was hard to hear.
However, I prefer Beyonce's version. She had more energy and she gave the cover her own spin, whereas Britney just covered the song in its original form.

At her concert in Greensboro, NC, on Saturday night, Brit Brit debuted a new song on her Circus tour set list. She did a cover of Alanis Morissette's You Oughta Know.
And she actually sang live!!!!!!!!
It was the first time she sang any song live during this whole tour!!!!!!

Slowly but surely our beloved Brit Brit is rebuilding her confidence. And, hopefully, next tour there will be a lot more singing!

Holy ****. This ***** on the original with Alanis whiny voice AND any cover made by any 2nd rate act. It's ****ing amazing and it actually fits her voice and lyrically more than those other wannabees. I can see why some are threatened and jealous already.
