Rita Ora will soon be faced with mentoring a number of acts on the X Factor .

But the singer has got bigger plans up her sleeve than just teaching her category everything she knows about the music industry.

Instead the 24-year-old is reportedly planning on opening her own school in Pristina, Kosovo - 23 years after she was forced to flee her native land.

Rita and her family escaped the territory during her childhood before war broke out and now wants to give back by building a school for disadvantaged kids.

A source told The Sun: "Rita never forgets her roots and building a school is a perfect plan.

"She’s been considering the idea for some time but is now pushing forward with it. The school will be named in her honour and she’s hoping it will inspire the students there to keep hope."
Earlier this year Rita fought back the tears when she was named as an honorary ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo .

The title was bestowed upon her by president Atifete Jahjaga, who described her as 'Kosovo’s most successful artist'.

Touched by the role, Rita said: "This is amazing. Thank you madam president for this honour. I am so emotional. This is so incredible for me."

Makes me laugh though when Brits not originally born in the country, but got their education, opportunities, and security from the UK, do more charity outside of it than within it.

Rita was always more then grateful for her life and opportunities she got in UK, but that doesn't mean she has to give back something all the ime... like damn...
