as for hamas obviously they are a mess. i would probably want to kill myself if i was born in palestine i can't think of much of a worse fate. all the civilians really know all their life is tension and war.

Yes, it actually is dumb of them. But their intentions is to try to pressurize the Israeli Government, as their objective is to see Israel leave. It's not like their shooting at Israel just for the fun of it.

It was a retaliatory attack, and they're not deliberately targeting civilians unlike Hamas.

you are right, it is not okay what the israeli people did, but it wasn't me back there 67 years ago, if it was me I wouldn't steal people's lands. but it was 67 years ago, you can't blame us for what happened 67 years ago, things change and we need to live at the moment and be realistic, because those lands can't be given back, it's too late.
Anyway, something that happened 67 years ago isn't a reason for terror. Hamas needs to calm down and make peace, but they actually don't want peace, althought they had a lot of chances.

I wonder why Palestine agreed to have Jews come back to Israel, then go back on their promise by terrorizing Jews up until the point Israel was declared a country. However they still continue to terrorize Jews, never the government.

And that's EXACTLY what I said a few posts ago. I don't blame current Israeli people for what happened in the past, what I'm angry about is Israeli people just acting as if they are the only victims.
The Palestine/Israel territory needs one common government which doesn't affiliate itself with any religion and unites the people living there now as people who came later on can't be suddenly deported or anything. But obviously, both sides are too ****ed up atm to see the light.

I definitely didn't grow up in a neutral side, but I don't necessarily believe whatever I was told or just follow whatever influence others are trying to impose on me. I am trying to look at things from a neutral point of view and think a neutral state would be the best solution even if that would be nearly impossible as most people from both sides wouldn't agree about it.
