It doesn't come as too much of a surprise that Kim is planning to have a C-section as she recently disclosed that she's had several health concerns before and during her second pregnancy. Kim also had difficulty giving birth to North and damaged her uterus, preventing her from having a second natural child birth.

Kim mentioned on Ellen yesterday she is leaning towards the name Easton. A mess if they name him Yeezus
