Never made a conclusion myself because I haven't looked at almost anything. Was just saying there's so many FAMOUS cases where lawyers and officers get it wrong so it's not as if they deserve to be immune from criticism for decisions people see as incorrect (Casey Anthony, multiple black people murdered cases, etc). Not sure how a video of the actual crash doesn't count as evidence to you, though. It's a good thing you're not a lawyer or officer!
