A 18 year old having sex with a 15 year old is illegal? WHAT? America better lower their age of consent to 14 like Italy

In Italy they should put in charge like half of the population according to those old as hell standards.
The 15 year old knew exactly what he was doing, it was consensual (I'm assuming) and the guys probably had no idea he was that young considering Grindr is for 18 and above, so the 15 year old must have lied about his age to even make a profile. He should be the one in trouble, not the guys.
Sadly, it's always the adults fault, in the eye of the law. I think this issue does need to be looked at deeper and certain aged teens need to be held up to being more responsible. However adults also need to make sure they confirm someones age if they are planning to meet anyone that claims to be under 20 imo. It is unrealistic, I mean really...can you imagine talking to someone on Grindr and asking for proof of age? But it would prevent stuff like this happening.
