It's very good - currently bringing to life a city I saw in a dream.
I shaped the geography/terrain from scratch and am now building districts. What kind of slayage game?

It is. I founded the Deluxe Edition for $13 and surprisingly came with After Night.
This game is great, much better than the Sim City ones.
