Lady Gaga will perform at the amfAR Inspiration Gala honoring Ryan Murphy on October 29th at Milk Studios in Los Angeles, Variety reports. The Emmy-winning writer and producer will receive the Award of Inspiration for his impact on the television and film industry, as well as his work to fight AIDS

The black-tie event will be hosted by Gwyneth Paltrow and presented by Harry Winston and MAC Viva Glam. Event chairs are Aileen Getty, Kevin Huvane, and amfAR Chairman Kenneth Cole. The co-chairs include many of Murphy’s collaborators, including: Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Matt Bomer, Darren Criss, Jamie Lee Curtis, Brad Falchuk, Cuba Gooding Jr., Bryan Lourd, Lea Michele, Stevie Nicks, Amy Pascal, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Emma Roberts, Julia Roberts, Mark Ruffalo, Chloe Sevigny and Dana and Matt Walden.
