HDD didn't say anything. It was a person close to Beyonce, Columbia CEO, who told them they're aiming for a 2015 release and that Runnin' will be on her album. He has no reason to make that up and damage his relationship with Beyonce. I don't really care anyway... y'all can stay in denial.

2013 and 2015 are completely incomparable. If she didn't tease the whole year like she did, I wouldn't have acted the way I did, period.

Did he say that they were aiming for a 2015/early 2016 release or did he just say that Runnin' would be on her album? From what I gathered it sounded like HDD was just speculating about the release part.

Although it does make me question how far along in the process they are if he KNOWS that Runnin' is on the album.

HDD doesn't speculate. They report the things they've heard from music executives and labels. Why would they speculate when they have CEO sitting next to them giving them an interview?

I know right, I love those club bangers but I have enough of them. Above of that, I just love Beyoncé's voice, the production that 'makes' that club banger can be sung on by any artist in my opinion. Beyoncé's voice didn't 'make' 7/11 a better song than it would be if it was sung by Tinashe for example (ok, maybe a bit, but I think you get my point), but could Tinashe pull a 'Listen', 'Disappear', 'Dangerously In Love' or "Resentment'? Don't think so, at least not as good as Beyonce.
