Mac user: El Capitan free software upgrade available today

the new macbook ( the one that don't even have a fan?) or the air/pro?
The Air. I currently have a Pro from mid 2012 but it has all these specs that I don't even need, so I think I'd be better off with a Macbook Air. I'd give the Pro to my parents, who are currently using my first ever Macbook (white, from 2007) and it's becoming a pain to use because it's too old and incompatible with most current software.
I just got a MacBook Pro yesterday & I can't ****ing use it. It's so different to PC & it's annoying.
Also there are just SO many inconsistencies with their "support" people who you can talk to on chat. I am having trouble with the Mail application & they are all so ****ing useless. One girl actually said "contact Microsoft". I probably will get this whatever-it-is but I'm so pissed with this overhyped company & brand.
It looks almost exactly the same, but is much more powerful. I've been testing it since May, and I can't imagine going back to Yosemite. Spotlight and Mission Control are a lot more intuitive and smart, and the entire OS now understands how you use it and starts loading things in the background before you get the chance to type. It also works flawlessly with your iPhone and iPad now, more than ever.

Actually, Apple support line is one of the best. If you can not follow chat directions, ask for a callback. If they redirected you to Microsoft, most likely you are using something from Windows and not Apple.
There is workshops are the Apple Retail Stores if you'd like.
