When you fly to another city, how do you book your tickets? Websites like Expedia and Orbitz? Direct from the airline? Student discount sites? Have you had any good/bad experiences?
I am having so much trouble finding cheap flights within Europe, if anyone could help that'd be wonderful
I always book directly on the airline's site. Sometimes I use sites like skyscanner or swoodoo to compare airlines and their prices, but I have never booked through these sites.
You can also check holidaypirates, they often post about super cheap flights
I bought a few times at websites like swodoo, expedia, opodo etc. (some might be local) but then realized it's not more expensive directly at the website of the airlines most of the time and you can combine them better there. So depends on if there is a big difference in price or not. Mostly directly at the website of the airlines.
Ryanair had some tickets for many destinations for 15 € last week check that out.
In about a month from either Paris or Brussels. They were cheaper like two weeks before but the prices suddenly just soared (I wasn't sure I was going then so I couldn't book them before)

Ryanair has flights from Brussels Charleroi to Prague starting as low as €64 at the end of October. Exact price depends on your dates and times.
It depends on how cheap you want to go. Whether nasty airline experience is acceptable or not. You can have crews screaming every 5 minutes the things they have to sell.
