You need to stay in the gym at least for A YEAR. People love to think they can get results in 3 months. But it doesn't work like that sorry. And that's also if you eat healthy and sleep well.

I've been going 3 times a week, an hour each time, usually 30 mins upper body stuff then 30 mins cardio, and my diet is mixed, a lot of my regular meals are very healthy, but I tend to snack on a lot of unhealthy stuff (e.g. chocolate). I'm skinny, around 63kg, and I just want to appear slightly more muscular. How long do you think before I start seeing some results? It's only been 3 weeks granted, so i'm not expecting a miracle.
Oh plus I've been doing 50 sit ups per day in the hope I get something close to abs, will this be much help?

12 weeks, acquaintances will notice you look different
